4th Dr.- Yes.  Such a bore.

4th Dr.- (sarcastically) Well I'm delighted to hear it!

4th Dr.- Because it doesn't work.

4th Dr.- What?!!  Just as we were all getting on so well.

Romana- What's odd?
4th Dr.- This is.

4th Dr.- It stands to reason.  (Now muttering to himself) Stupid expression, "Stands to reason."  And why didn't it lie down to reason?  Much easier to reason lying down.
